Timely and accurate reconciliation of refined product volumes between Phillips 66 and third parties
Interactions with Commercial trading, scheduling, and other departments within Phillips 66
Good communicator that understands the high value of communication up, down and laterally
Works on varied and complex processes and problems associate with commercial product business
Heavy Excel usage (pivot tables, VLOOKUP etc.)
Requirements:
Legally authorized to work in the United States
10+ years of relevant industry accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
Sound understanding of accounting principles and the ability to apply knowledge in identifying and resolving issues with external business partners and internal accounting groups
Well organized and detail oriented, good time management skills
Strong analytical skills and an excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
The capacity to pursue issues and resolve them independently, build relationships with internal and external business partners and collaborate effectively within a team environment
Ability to multitask but also prioritize and focus on what is most critical at that time
SAP S4 and Blackline knowledge a plus
