Job Title: Data Analyst

Requirements:
Must possess a working knowledge and awareness of mathematical principles and statistics
Experience with data visualization in Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, or other comparable tools
Familiarity with Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and/or production level model deployment
Basic HTML knowledge
Knowledge of front-end tools such as query tools, report writers, data mining, and analysis tools.
Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong technical competency and programming skills in large-scale data analysis using coding/querying languages including at least one of SAS, Python, or R. Others desired to be cognizant of are Spark, T-SQL, and PL-SQL
This role performs data management and data analysis to track, monitor, and optimize the performance of decision-making and support of marketing initiatives
Knowledge of data migration and integration across datasets and technology platforms
Deep analytical capability to debug, monitor, and troubleshoot issues with data solutions
Analysis, design, development, test, troubleshooting and documentation of complex systems including several of the following: predictive models, feature extraction, data-driven analysis, application of machine learning algorithms, text mining, decision support, variable selection and model fit
Experience working with large enterprise databases with demonstrated ability to independently query and prepare data for analysis
Ability to locate and summarize data characteristics
Comprehensive consulting skills
Excellent customer service skills
This position will help advance the Data Management and Data Analytics strategy by increasing our capabilities to deliver rapidly, efficiently while providing excellent value for the organization
The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, organizing, mining, and deeply analyzing data to draw conclusions and develop insights that enable better decision-making and operational effectiveness of business units.
Must possess a combination of analytical skills, technical expertise, and business acumen
The ability to monitor industry trends for future growth and maturity in the data space
