Job Description

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is currently looking for a Laboratory Manager with previous acute-care lab experience. This is a permanent opportunity with a great hospital here in the beautiful state of Montana. If you are looking to slow it down from city life then this might just be perfect for you. Great leadership and is an amazing place to work, willing to train management skills to the right fit too!
This is a permanent opportunity starting at 90k per year.

Responsibilities:

Oversees all functions of the Laboratory
Great Leadership skills
Occasional bench-work and provided bench support
Implementation of new services
Making sure all regulatory standards are met
Collaboration, Budgeting, Team Building
Department Staffing
Materials and Inventory Management

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology
ASCP or equivalent
5 years of generalist experience
4 years of leadership experience
General knowledge of staffing, and budgeting
