Responsibilities:
Design calculations
Engineering change packages
Licensing & engineering evaluations
Preparing l0CFRS0.59 nuclear evaluations
Responding to regulatory concerns
Supporting modification installation activities
Requirements:
Mechanical Engineering Degree
5-10 years experience in nuclear or power generation
Experience and knowledge with nuclear power plant components and systems
Knowledge and experience in design, development and delivery of mechanical design modification packages for nuclear power plants
Advanced technical degree or related coursework
Commercial Nuclear Power Plant Experience
Professional Engineer Registration (within Illinois is ideal)
