RESPONSIBILITIES
Johnson Service Group is looking for a Technical Analyst 4 who reviews incoming composite materials and parts and assigns testing requirements in accordance with defined specifications.
Coordinates workflow of testing of incoming materials or parts.
Performs complex analysis and evaluation of parts, materials, processes, or equipment through testing to prescribed specifications to ensure safety, reliability, and adherence to requirements.
Analyses include mechanical testing of composite coupons; i.e., lap shear, sandwich peel.
Additional analyses included testing of prepreg and laminate properties; for example, Tg, resin content, flow, gel time.
Supports continuous improvement of products and processes by leading the evaluation and implementation of lab work processes.
Provides technical expertise, application knowledge and performance history to internal. Supports the training and development of others.
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred - BS in Engineering or Science oriented; OR Experience in a lab; OR Experience in a technical field
