Johnson Service Group (JSG) is teamed with a global leader in the aerospace market. Our client is seeking a talented Customer Account Manager with strong Aircraft Turbine Systems (ATS) expertise.

Experience and Responsibilities:

  • 4-6+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, etc. leadership experience leading complex initiatives with commercial aircraft OEM/Aftermarket proposals and new business. 
  • Strong knowledge and expertise with outside sales functions; developing effective customer/product capture; customer relationship management, etc.
  • Knowledge of customer decision-making processes and  government contracting/compliance is a plus.
  • Responsible for the development and implementation, of commercial OEM/Service commercial aircraft aftermarket business administration processes.
  • Will be a senior level contributor in developing new winning product, service, etc. along with sales/marketing, and engineering.
  • Accountable for the development, implementation, and alignment of all commercial processes for various OEM programs or Service regions.
  • Lead the Sales, Inventory, & Operations (SIOP) and Demand Planning initiatives.
  • Manage customer warranty services and costs.
  • Leading Customer Service Rep team with administration of customer orders, call center administration, order entry, quotation support, etc.
  • Establish and manage process KPI's, lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.
  • Strong financial expertise with commercial aircraft proposals, contract review, cost/pricing, etc.
Education/Training:
  • BS or BA in a Technical Field, Business Administration, etc. is required.
  • Master's Degree is a plus.
  • Strategic selling/account management processes training (i.e. Miller-Heiman).
  • Proficient with CRM systems/processes.
  • Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.
