JSG is interested in speaking with Account Resolutions Specialists with revenue cycle management experience.

This is a contract position with an opportunity for conversion with our top client in Marcus Hook, PA. This position supports a FULLY REMOTE - 11am-8pm schedule to support a west coast client.

The Account Resolution Specialist will deliver exceptional customer service to provide our patients with the ultimate experience with resolution and support with any concerns about our services and reimbursement. This role is responsible for developing and continuing relationships with the patient or guarantor, to assist with financial inquiries and explanation of benefits.

The ideal candidate possesses the below additional experience;

  • 5+ years of Insurance Customer Service Experience
  • Proficiency required for MS Office, Excel, and medical billing systems (CPR+ preferred)
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Experience with patient intake, insurance verification, billing, reimbursement, and collections/AR
  • Background with home infusion or DME preferred
  • Bachelors degree preferred but not required
