Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is currently looking for FAA Technician with 5 years’ experience. This is a Temp-Direct hire opportunity with a Aerospace company in Valencia, CA.
Salary: $24.00 HR
The Repair Station Technician interprets Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM’s), assembly blueprints, drawings, schematics and engineering specifications and using a variety of hand tools and precision measuring instruments to ensure conformance to specifications, builds, tests and repairs/overhauls a variety of aircraft components and sub-assemblies.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
- Able to read and interpret CMM’s, blueprints, drawings, schematics and specifications. (Preferred)
- Must have working knowledge of basic shop math.
- Able to accurately and efficiently use a variety of assembly hand tools and precision measuring instruments, such as calipers, micrometers and dial indicators. (Preferred)
- Must be able to pass FAA Drug and Alcohol test
- One to three (1 ) year electro-mechanical assembly experience Airframe & Power Plant Certificate a plus, but not required. Current Student ok.
- Associates Degree a plus, but not required.
