Johnson Service Group (JSG) is currently looking for a Branch Manager with 3 years of experience. This is a permanent opportunity with a financial institution in Rosemont Area. Salary starting $55K. This is 100% in person opportunity. No C2C
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and help lead a highly motivated, well-trained team that consistently offers excellent service to all members
- Support the maintenance of effective employee relations within the branch
- Maintain a strong sense of ownership related to the branch
- Promotes a positive image of the bank; develops and maintains effective business relationships with customers, employees and retail partners; serves as a liaison between the branch and corporate departments.
- Accurately monitor key products and sales metrics of the branch team to ensure profitable and sound business practices as well as the highest level of service for members
- Apply and evaluate security and audit policies and procedures, ensuring the branch is in compliance with federal laws and regulations
- Accurately track and report on branch activity, including but not limited to number of transactions, teller accuracy, loan volume, teller and loan sales, and new accounts
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years management or supervisory experience required.
- 5 years financial services or banking industry experience required with increasing levels of responsibility.
