Johnson Service Group is hiring for an Assistant Customer Service Manager in Huntington Beach.

Monday - Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm

JOB SUMMARY:
 

This position is responsible for supervising the activities of the customer service department, ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction. Maintains department compliance through the coordination of activities between Management, Manufacturing, Shipping, Accounting, Sales and Purchasing.  
 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Monitors and assigns work to customer service representatives while performing all the tasks of a customer service representative.
  2. Guides and directs customer service team towards achieving operational goals.
  3. Maintains communication with customers via e-mails, phone calls, mail, etc.
  4. Trains, coaches, and mentors employees to deliver premier class customer service.  
  5. Evaluates employee performance.  
  6. Ensures that the customer calls are handled/answered in a timely and accurate fashion.  
  7. Educates customers about organization’s products or services.  
  8. Demonstrates ability to satisfy customer requirements in a professional manner while adhering to clients corporate policies.
  9. Resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction.   

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

  1. Bachelor’s degree and applicable work experience.
  2. Four to five (4-5) years Customer Service Supervisor experience.
