Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is currently looking for an Assistant Nurse Manager to oversee the Emergency Department and Acute-Care. This is a permanent opportunity with a great hospital here in Washington state.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure delivery of safe care
- Making sure all covered areas are documented and in compliance with policies and standard of care
- Annual Budget
- 3 years of charge and or supervisory experience in acute care
- Oversight when Manager and CNO are absent
Qualifications:
- RN, BSN, TNCC, and BLS
- 3 years of charge and or supervisory experience in acute care
