Johnson Service Group, Inc., is actively seeking a Business Analyst II to work with our client in the Atlanta, GA area near the airport.  This is slotted as a contract opportunity and our client is hiring immediately.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of business analysis experience, preferably in SAP HR.
  • Demonstrated capability to analyze business processes, create business requirements document, and deliver effective and efficient business process improvements.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills Independent with high initiative
  • Strong problem solving and analysis skills Strong understanding over high level business processes
  • Data migration experience helpful
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced business environment
  • Able to work in stressful situations
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities College degree preferred, preferably a B.S. in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience in SAP HR
  • Experience with Employee Central a plus

Responsibilities:

  • The SAP Business Analyst is responsible for improving our client’s HR systems and processes.
  • The primary duties include researching business processes, creating business requirements documentation, and assisting in the workload in the HRIS organization.
  • You will work closely with Business Owners and other IT Service Delivery Towers to deliver HCM solutions and maintaining the Agility system.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand complex business requirements and can probe for detailed requirements to created Business requirement document (BRD).
  • Analyze business processes and propose improvements to streamline, simplify and optimize business solutions.
  • Assists customers and documents changes required in the current system to implement redesigned business processes.
  • Develop Business specifications for forms, reports, Interfaces, data Conversions, enhancements, and workflow.
  • Coordinate with technical developers to review specifications with customers, explain the design and obtain approval of specifications.
  • Create business specification document to be developed by SAP developers and validate results.
  • Assist developers by responding to questions and clarifications.
  • Assist customer in developing test cases, test scripts and test plans.
  • Assist customer in performing integration and user acceptance testing.
  • Provide Business guidance to Business Owners during testing cycles and approval process
  • Coordinate issue resolution with defects and issues identified by customer during integration testing, and post go-live.
  • Update all business design document at the end of development and test cycles, and conducts a documentation walk through with customer.
  • Provides knowledge transfer to internal teams of any changes made to the business/system processes.
  • Maintain professional and good working relationships with Business Owners and IT Service Delivery team.
