Job Description

Johnson Service Group is currently seeking Client Service Specialists to act as the first point of contact, helping guide and deliver an exceptional client experience for a progressive and dynamic software company with its primary location in Atlanta, GA.


***These will be remote, contract positions with the potential to convert to full time opportunities***


Client Service Specialists will join the Operations team and handle client questions via phone, chat and email that pertain to the software platform. The incumbent should have a passion for client services, compassion in their interactions, work effectively as a team, and uphold excellence from one another!


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for setting the tone for the day to day interactions with clients guiding them through a positive experience.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and deliver exceptional client support.
  • Partner with team members to provide a holistic approach when solving client issues that span across product lines.
  • Independently trouble-shoot and resolve issues within a timely manner and with accuracy.
  • Use good judgement when escalating issues to leadership.
  • Appropriately utilize available resources to resolve client inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Ideally 1-3 years' experience in a customer support driven role with knowledge of benefits, HR platforms or payroll services .
  • Strong technical competencies utilizing one of the following: Salesforce (or similar CRM), Google Suite, Slack, etc.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, toggling between phone, email, chat and dual monitors.
  • Proven self-starter, taking ownership and accountability over your work
  • Excellent verbal (telephony) and written (email/chat) skills
  • Strong time management and decision making skills.

Training Schedule (90 days): Mon - Fri, 9:00am - 6:00pm

Work Schedule: Mon - Fri, 9:00am - 6:00pm, 10:00am - 7:00pm or 12:00pm - 9:00pm EST depending on your preference
