Johnson Service Group is actively seeking Customer Service Specialists immediately in the Atlanta area. These individuals will be responsible for addressing customer’s needs and concerns via phone or e-mail. He/she is accountable for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every interaction.
 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in a customer service / sales support environment
  • Ability to always remain professional and courteous with customers
  • Punctual and excellent attendance
  • Excellent listening skills and an empathetic voice and manner  
  • Very strong work ethic
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Team player, willing to assist with work / tasks outside normal hours or job role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office with specific emphasis on Excel
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally verbally and in writing
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule (including evenings and holidays)
