JSG is seeking Help Desk Technician located in Houston, TX. This position is approved for 1 year with the possibility of being extended.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical certifications with 1-3 years of work experience focusing on the hardware and software aspects of network operations across a multiple LAN/WAN environment.
  2. Excellent communication skills for dealing effectively with internal and external customers
  3. Excellent written communication skills
  4. Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work for efficiency
  5. Attention to detail, ability to handle repetitive workload and handle multiple tasks
  6. Ability to deal with internal and external customers concerning problems or requests for information
  7. Must demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and ability to work with minimal supervision
