Johnson Service Group is currently looking for an HR Coordinator in the Valencia area.

Position Summary & Responsibilities:

Under general supervision, responsible for administrative activities and processes related to recruitment. Primary function(s) - scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate logistics.

Additional Duties:

• Interacts with various levels of candidates, Human Resources partners and hiring managers to schedule interviews.

• Resolves applicant inquiries related to open positions

• Manages recruitment communications with candidates

• Maintains applicant data in Applicant Tracking System.

• Provides overall administrative support to the employment/recruitment area, including maintaining, processing documentation and records.

• Compiles and prepares job information for advertising of open positions.

• Enters requisitions into Applicant Tracking System.

• Initiates candidate contact, interviews, and follow-ups.

• Coordinate applicant’s background checks and drug tests.

Background and Experience

• 1-2 years experience in recruitment support, staffing and sourcing
• Well developed organizational skills and proven ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Analytical and problem solving abilities
