Johnson Service Group is actively seeking  Human Resources Administrative Assistants for our client in Palm Beach Garden, Florida.  

Duties/Responsibilities

Supports human resources management performing routine administrative duties: placing, receiving and routing telephone calls; receiving and directing visitors, typing, filing, faxing, handling incoming and outgoing mail, ordering and maintaining supplies, and providing backup coverage to other administrative desks.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Strong Excel skills
Strong organizational skills , able to help coordinate high level events
Great communicator both verbal and written
Knowledge of HR and recruiting a plus

DEGREE REQUIRED
Associate’s Degree
