JSG is hiring a Human Resources Assistant Specialist / Coordinator for a 3+ months contract opportunity in Irvine, CA.

Job Duties:
  • Assist team in recruiting activities, such as, scheduling and coordinating interviews.
  • Perform a variety of administrative duties include printing, filing, and processing various documents and recognition awards.
  • Complete projects related to retrieving information from files or reward inventory to coordinate and resolve a backlog as team members return to the office.
  • Assist in auditing of data and documents.
  • Cleaning up and organizing of the HR storage room.
  • Label, sorting, filing of team member files. Preparation of records retention boxes for shipment.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • HR or Office Assistant background with experience performing a wide variety of HR and/or administrative duties including welcoming and directing visitors, entering various data, and processing documents.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities, with close attention to detail and follow?up as required.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in office assistant position, preferably in HR with increasing complexity of administrative duties related to office experience or demonstrated ability to perform described responsibilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite software.
