Johnson Service Group is searching for 2 Invoicing Processors for our client in the University area of Charlotte, NC. These positions are responsible for the daily processing of all client mail-in customer payments. The hours for this position are 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday and there will be opportunities for overtime.
Duties:
- Processing payments to ensure prompt and accurate posting to customer accounts, and to ensure company funds are deposited timely and accurately
- Mail preparation and Mail extraction performed to enhance the speed of opening extracting envelope contents
- Accurately sort mail according to remittance type such as residential, commercial and delinquent. Prepare for Image processing
- Exception Process & Research
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years directly related work experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
This position pays $14.25/hour ST and $21.38/hour OT. All candidates selected will be W2 employees of Johnson Service Group and they will have access to health, vision, and dental options. Work is done onsite and there is free parking available.
