Our client has been a leading national manufacturer and distributor of building supplies and materials since 1961. They are currently seeking highly a highly responsible Material Handlers for their materials yard and warehouse.
Job Description:
- 2-3 years+ of experience with forklift loading, unloading and re-balancing pallet loads.
- Must have current forklift certification.
- Must have 'heavy load' experience.
- Will load/unload building materials in an inside warehouse and outside materials yard environment.
- Flatbed loading experience.
- Must be able to work well with others.
- Positive and energized attitude.
- Maintain yard stock in a clean and organized manner.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (unassisted).
- Must have own safety shoes and a current/valid driver's license.
Length of assignment: Contract-to-hire
