JSG is interested in speaking with Patient Care Coordinators with EMR experience.

This is a long term contract position with our top client in Tempe, AZ. This role is a hybrid remote/in office position.

The Patient Care Coordinator will be accountable for the intake functions & ongoing maintenance of our client’s patients. The primary goal for the position is to ensure the timely, seamless handling of our patient referrals and the accurate qualification of patient benefits and insurance carrier criteria.

The ideal candidate possesses the below additional experience;

  • 1+ year of insurance experience (Medicare/Medicaid & Commercial)
  • Proficiency with EMR systems (CPR+ preferred)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Experience with patient referrals, payments, and authorizations
