Johnson Service Group is looking for a Production Lead for our client in Simi Valley, CA. This is a 2nd Shift work schedule, 3pm - 12AM.
Responsibilities
- Plans, schedules and monitors the production cycle
- Determines staff requirements for production schedules, coordinates, monitors and trains all production staff
- Applies process specifications governing the production of product within an assigned cell, records production time and quantity data at the cell
Qualifications
- Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience
- Vocational training, apprenticeships or the equivalent experience in related field
- 3 years or more of relevant experience depending on the complexity level of the job
- Experience in planning, scheduling and monitoring production cycles
- Capable of performing complex mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly operations
