Responsibilities:
The Program Manager - Employee Engagement will coordinate activations with community partner American Cancer Society. Company has 20 year partnership with American Cancer Society includes supporting fundraising efforts for high visibility events; Jet Drag, Relay for Life, BCRF, Wings of Hope Golf Tournament & Hope Ball. The purpose of this position is to build the brand in the communities where we live, work and serve through brand placement and activations with employee engagement. Responsibilities of this position include coordinating large- and small-scale activations (10-person events to 200-person events) with the portfolio leaders, collaborating with nonprofit partners, specifically the American Cancer Society, and ensuring a great employee volunteer experience. Job Responsibilities: • Coordinate and execute activations for employee involvement in markets of focus. Manage all aspects of event development and execution including partner communication, volunteer recruitment, volunteer communication, event management, reporting, etc. • Work with other members of the EE team to ensure consistency among partners in key markets • Collaborate with commercial team and operational teams to fully leverage brand placement, associated employee engagement and hospitality opportunities • Provide support for local leaders in the select communities • Strategize with CE leadership on promoting the work we are doing and getting credit for it • Some travel required (20-30%)
