Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is currently looking for a Program Manager with 5-10 years’ experience. This is a Temp-Direct hire opportunity with an Electronic PCB Company in Van Nuys, CA.
Salary: $33.00 HR
The Program Manager develops and manages relationships with a portfolio of clients. In this role, the Program Manager liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
Program Manager manages execution of customer purchase orders, excess/obsolete material issues and ECO's with customers. Program manager is responsible for the profitability of each assigned account.
This role requires understanding a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks including facilitating technical discussion.
This role reports to the Director of Program Management.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with customers through various interactions including: face to face meetings, web meetings, site visits and phone calls.
- Setup Quarterly business review meetings with customers and prepare comprehensive presentations covering sales, material, scorecard, new capabilities and any additional subjects.
- Review customer RFQs and understand background information and winning criteria from customers. Work with quoting team to ensure the quotes meet rfq requirements, cost competitive and with healthy profit. Submit the completed RFQ to customers and follow through.
- Review Purchase orders against quote package to ensure the alignments on revision, lead time, cost, delivery schedule and the rest of teams and conditions. Request for revised PO as needed.
