We are currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage projects from concept initiation through design, planning, manufacturing, and construction completion in the field. Utilizing the principles and methods prescribed by the Project Management Institute (PMI), a Director at our company must possess strength in their communication, organization, and leadership skills.



Required Experience

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience (8 yrs. +);
  • Project Management experience in one or more of the following industries:
    • Signage
    • Construction
    • Manufacturing
    • Architecture/Design

Required Skills:

  • Develops and directs project management operations and strategic planning to meet organizational goals.
  • Oversees the PMO organization structure, hiring and managing staffing requirements in line with project objectives.
  • Provides overall strategic governance for projects by establishing standards, processes and tools used for effective project delivery.
  • Can assess results for all projects.
  • Responds to escalated project issues that may impede project delivery and coordinates solutions.
  • Monitors and analyzes project metrics to identify weaknesses and to propose operational improvements and cost savings for future projects.
  • Can work with multiple stakeholders within one project (GC, owner, architect, designer, subcontractors, etc.).
  • Sets priorities both within a project and among multiple projects or project tasks.
  • Proficient in performing a large project decomposition – divide and subdivide the project into smaller manageable parts and ability to communicate effectively with the customer.
  • Develops and maintains processes and procedures with newly implemented ERP system.Creates schedules with project managers with multiple correlated tasks, milestones, and hard due dates.
  • Solution-driven decision-making skills, even when faced with uncertainty.
  • Excellent communication skills required – Must be proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to organize, assemble, and manage aggregate project data; to write reports, business correspondence, and effectively present information to a group of internal and external project stakeholders.
  • Procurement/Contracting Experience.
  • Project scheduling software proficiency (e.g., Job Scope; Smartsheet)
  • Able to read and interpret Blueprints.
  • PMP-certification a plus.

May require up to 10% travel
