Job Responsibilities:
- Leading integration plans/processes/meetings
- Scoping out team structures, membership, roles
- Engaging leaders from the acquiring and acquired firms
- Supporting the alignment of structures across teams
- Setting up meetings amongst leaders
- Reviewing processes
- Identifying savings
- Tracking headcounts
- Tracking one-time expenses
- Setting up integration plans
- Reporting progress
Position Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience post tertiary education in Software or other Engineering industry.
- Relevant University degree, ideally STEM and management training
- IT collaboration tools, good command of Microsoft office tools, particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint required and an awareness of Software Development tools such as Jira ideal.
- Project management skills and practical application of PM tools and techniques
- Understanding of typical IT software business operations
- Excellent interpersonal, conceptual, & communication skills
- Basic financial acumen is a plus: Knowledge of financial terms, numbers & formulas
- Good mix of technical & commercial / business training
- Professional certification is a plus
- Business Language is English
