Johnson Service Group (JSG) is partnered with a global leader and innovator in the semiconductor industry. We are currently searching for a high-performance Sr. Product Manager, to lead New Product Development (NPD) and Program Management teams, for automotive CMOS products.
Scope of Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- 8-10+ years of high-performance semiconductor engineering and team leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) is required, and a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Strong expertise in automotive product development, APQP, and functional safety.
- Will lead a New Product Development (NPD) Program Management team, focused on automotive CMOS feasibility, planning, design, product validation, qualification, and ramp expertise.
- Engineering experience in semiconductor product development, as well as supply chain knowledge.
- Subject matter expertise with semiconductor manufacturing processes, including design, fab, assembly, test and reliability.
- Well experienced in leading complex programs through the product development lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of project and quality management methodologies, tools, and semiconductor industry standards.
- Excellent technical, leadership, and strategic skills
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Compensation/Benefits: $210k salary+ (DOE); lucrative sign-on and performance bonus; RSU’s, excellent health benefits, etc.
