As part of a hardworking team of diverse technology experts, you will support the development of new technology systems that underpin Blue Origin's growth. You will share in the team’s impact on all aspects of planning, execution, and operations for technology systems. Our Consumer Services team is looking for a passionate Scrum Master to support a high-performing, customer focused team. The best candidates will be passionate about clear communication, clear planning, and clear work definition. We move fast and want to move faster!

What you'll do:

  • Manage the backlog for multiple technology teams
  • Ensure clear flow of work through planning, development, and delivery
  • Insist on clear and consistent communication within teams, between teams, and with stakeholders
  • Coordinate and manage meetings and rituals focused on communication and clear expectations
  • Help resolve issues and clear roadblocks


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree from a 4-year institution
  • Strong detail focus on planning and documentation
  • Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and strengthen our culture of inclusion
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.


Desired:

  • Experience working with technology teams (IT, DevOps, Help Desks, etc)
  • Experience with Jira a plus
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments
  • Scrum certification desired but not required

  1. Can you give us an overview of the project this resource would be working on and what the day to day activities would look like? Looking to scrum master to support web communication and salesforce team- be detail orient, team player, focus on backlogs, completing tickets in the sprint and meet “ready” processes
