Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional recruiting firm currently assisting our global manufacturing client in finding a Territory Account Manager based in the Pacific Northwest. This position is responsible for providing sales growth to achieve sales goals for Drive products and services.
Travel 70% within the United States | Our client is unable to provide current or future sponsorship
Responsibilities:
- Achieve targeted sales and profitability levels in existing markets. Successfully penetrating and meeting sales growth and profit goals in targeted new markets
- Work with the Distributors channel to uncover service sales opportunities within the assigned territory for Drives service
- Work with the current customer base to provide optimum service solutions in the assigned territory in various service vertical markets as it pertains to VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) Service
- Work to expand the needed sales culture, ensuring that we are matching the needs and receptiveness of customers in the varying market segments
- Monitor progress against targeted strategic and operational goals, and oversee development in implementation of needed correctives actions
- Work in a cross functional capacity, between sales and marketing to grow the service market
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of work experience or Associate degree and 10 years of work experience or High School Diploma/GED and 12 years of work experience
- Travel up to 70% in assigned territory
- Experience with Business-to-Business sales
- Knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives, electric motors and the applications it supports
