Job Description

JSG is hiring an Account Executive / Inside Sales for our client in Azusa, CA. 

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outreach to current and prospects via email and phone.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals. Analyze account needs, market trends, and competition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, challenges, and objectives. Act as a trusted advisor to provide solutions that address those needs.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and track performance against targets. Provide regular updates to management regarding the progress of key accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional products or services to existing clients, thereby increasing revenue and customer value.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients. Ensure that agreements are mutually beneficial and compliant with company policies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services, and effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs and interests of clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, RMA, warehouse, purchasing, inventory control, accounting and customer service to ensure seamless delivery of products or services and address client issues effectively.
  • Gather feedback from clients via courtesy calls, call backs, emails and in-person visits and use it to improve products, services, and the overall customer experience. Address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all client interactions.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales activities, client retention, and revenue growth. Take proactive measures to improve performance as needed.
  • Generate and manage quotes and orders for clients.
  • Maintain and update business partner data and activities in the CRM.
  • High school degree required; higher education is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including advanced Excel skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team
Pay rate: $20
