Job Description
Johnson Service Group (JSG), a nationally recognized professional recruiting firm is currently seeking an Account Representative to join our long-time client, supporting the largest logistics operations in the world.
Responsibilities:
- Candidates will ideally have a background in customer support, hospitality, account management or similar service industry.
- Responsible for assisting in the overall success of clients via phone calls and emails to businesses throughout the US and Canada.
- Responsible for disputing and resolving accounts receivables with businesses on behalf of carriers and other transportation companies.
- Research, analyze and troubleshoot discrepancies on behalf of clients in the transportation and logistics industry.
- Must possess a demonstrated desire to succeed and win. Competitive by nature.
- Possess effective written and oral communication skills.
- Consistently maintain a professional demeanor and exhibit emotional control in communications.
- Excellent multi-tasking abilities between phone, computer, documenting notes and completing fields simultaneously.

Additional Information:
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (with flexible arrival time until 8:45am)
