Johnson Service Group is recruiting an Accounting Clerk for a great client of ours in Sarasota, FL. This is a 6 month contract to hire on site 5 days a week in Sarasota, FL. that pays $20/hr.
Key responsibilities include prompt application of eportal payments, cash bonds, journal entries, cash receipts, and wires to ensure timely and accurate financial records.
This role ensures compliance with financial policies and procedures. This role supports a collaborative work environment that fosters teamwork and innovation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School diploma, or GED equivalent, required.
Experience: Three years progressively responsible experience in a computerized payables and receivables environment including interpreting and applying contracts, bids, statutes, policies and procedures preferred.
