Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant - HR / DM. This is a contract position.
Responsibilities
This position will assist with various administrative functions in the Disability Management Department including Incoming phone calls to "must answer" line, assisting with administrative processes such as FMLA, Workers Compensation, Drug program, disability leave, return to work, and maintaining HR DM related information in records archives. High degree of confidentiality, accuracy, and good customer services skill are required.
Qualifications
Typing, use of software like Power Point, MSWord, Excel Spreadsheets, large database systems used in case management (Oracle, RMX, Site One, etc.) is required.
