This full-time contract position offers a promising opportunity to transition to a permanent role within the firm. Key Responsibilities:
Accurate and timely payroll processing.
Comprehensive bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, collections, and credit card reconciliations.
Managing and coordinating employee benefits programs.
Reception duties, ensuring a professional first point of contact for the firm.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated proficiency in payroll and bookkeeping.
Familiar with Canadian accounting standards.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
