Job Title: Administrative Assistant 1
Work Location: Birmingham, AL
Requirements:
A minimum of three (3) years administrative/clerical experience
Two (2) years or more of college, vocational or higher education (degrees preferred)
Accounting and/or systems experience highly desirable
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook
Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP a plus
Experience with CSS a plus
Possess excellent organizational, time management and analytical skills
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to organize, prioritize, and perform multiple/diverse activities with minimum supervision
Is this position supporting a government-related project? No
Does this position require driving (excluding commute)? No
Does this position require personal protective equipment (PPE)? No
