Johnson Service Group is looking for a Office Coordinator for our client in Dallas, TX. This role would be more ideal for a candidate seeking a long term part-time position and include the following.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning office environment.
Facilitate office maintenance and repairs.
Help coordinate service provider visits
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols
Administrative Support
Manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors.
Assist with updating site-specific, internal documentation
Support onboarding/off-boarding activities
Employee Experience + Culture
Help execute employee engagement initiatives and office events.
Assist with internal communications to ensure employees are informed about office updates.
Support Workplace policies and promote a positive work culture.
Ensure office equipment is maintained and functioning (printers, misc. IT equipment)
Coordinate with IT team for troubleshooting as needed.
Requirements:
3+ years of relevant Office Administration Experience, Hospitality or Customer Service
AA degree- college students welcome to apply
Experience promoting a positive workplace culture by organizing and hosting events such as anniversaries, birthdays, icebreakers, and other team-building activities, while also supporting additional administrative tasks as needed.
