Analog Test Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and refine test procedures for analog components such as ADCs and DACs, with a focus on initial testing, performance analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and implement testing strategies to assess circuit performance and confirm critical specifications.
  • Write and optimize scripts to automate testing, improve data collection, and enhance efficiency in production environments.
  • Interpret complex datasets to assess product behavior, detect potential issues, and refine testing processes.
  • Work closely with design and validation teams to improve test configurations and streamline debugging efforts.
  • Utilize ATE systems and contribute to production test development when necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, with 5–10 years of relevant experience, or a PhD in analog/mixed-signal design with a shorter experience requirement.
  • Proficiency in coding (Python, C) to support automation in testing.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with lab testing, hardware debugging, and circuit characterization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex analog systems.
  • Experience working with lab instrumentation (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators) and data processing tools (Python, MATLAB, JMP) is highly desirable.
  • Solid knowledge of analog test methodologies and experience with automated testing techniques.
  • Familiarity with ATE systems and production-level testing is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, contributing to cross-functional projects.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $150,000 - $250,000/year 
Location: Fremont, CA (On-site)
