JSG is hiring an Assistant Engineer for the Integrated OPS Plan & Support Services in Downtown Los Angeles, CA. This is a Hybrid 9/80 Schedule.
Pay rate: $45-$51
6 months contract opportunity
DAILY DUTIES INCLUDE:
Learns and assists with planning, coordinating, conducting and monitoring tests, studies, investigations.
Learns and assists to prepare technical documents, reports, and presentations.
Learns and assists with technical analyses.
Learns and assists to prepare cost estimates and budgets.
May execute mathematical, statistical, and other models.
Learns and assists with site inspections.
Learns and assists with maintaining official records, documents, and data.
May participate on a project team.
Performs other related Engineer job duties as required.
EXPERIENCE IN: MS Office Suite (Proficient)
Experience in Electrical transmission planning, Project management, Powerflow software,Python, C++ Software
Learns and assists with preparing Automatic Process Control and/or Programmable Logic Controller software design and operational documents.
Learns and assists with developing Automatic Process Control and/or Programmable Logic Controller program and simulation routines.
Learns and assists with providing SCADA system customer and infrastructure support.
Learns and assists with integration of SCADA hardware and software.
