Johnson Service Group (JSG) is currently looking for an Associate Electrical Engineer with 3-5 years’ experience in production engineering drawings for facilities. The position is a direct hire with one of the world’s most respected design, engineering, and project management consultancies in Exton PA.
Pay: $80K.
Responsibilities
Preparation, design, modification, coordination, and/or review of the following under the direction of the Electrical Engineering Manager.
Prepare electrical system concepts for industrial, biotech, pharmaceutical and food facilities.
Prepare calculations for electrical loads.
Prepare single line diagrams for power distribution.
Prepare lighting calculations.
Prepare layouts for miscellaneous systems such as fire alarm, communication, and security systems.
Coordinate lighting systems with architect.
Coordinate electrical requirements of HVAC and Plumbing equipment with mechanical engineers.
Coordinate electrical requirements of process equipment with process engineers.
Review progress of construction in the field.
Participate in commissioning of systems.
Education
Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or equivalent 4year degree.
3-5 years of electrical design experience using AutoCAD and Revit.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
