Position Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Representative specializing in home interior and finishings. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with home builders, ensuring their needs for cabinets, countertops, flooring, and home finishings are met with exceptional products and service. You will be instrumental in driving sales growth and achieving targets in your designated Denver territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with home builders and key stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base within your designated territory.
- Product Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, including cabinets, countertops, flooring, and home finishings, to effectively present and recommend solutions to clients.
- Bid Management: Identify bid opportunities, prepare and submit proposals, and negotiate terms and pricing to secure new contracts.
- Customer Site Visits: Conduct site visits to assess client needs, provide product recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and post-sale follow-up.
- Customer Support: Work closely with internal teams to resolve any customer service issues and ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home interior and finishings industry or related field.
- Strong understanding of cabinets, countertops, flooring, and home finishings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
