Description:
Job Title: Cash Payments Associate
· Responsible for processing Transportation or Procurement freight related invoices for payment in SAP
· Maintain professional relationships with internal customers and external vendors in order to support the freight payment process
· Provide support to the Truck and Rail Freight Auditors including handling inquiries and performing initial research on issues
· Pay close attention to detail in order to deliver an accurate, effective work product
· Adhere to corporate policies including SOD, SOX, and DRM for all work processes
· Analytical and problem solving skills, very accurate and detail-oriented in work assignment
· Highly organized with the ability to manage large volumes of information in efficient manner
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and Outlook
· Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
· Good communication, teamwork, and willingness as well as capability of working with others
· Ability to work on multiple tasks within various systems while maintaining equal data integrity and attention to details within each one
