Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized Professional Staffing and Recruiting firm that is currently looking for a Civil Design Engineer. This is a great opportunity with a civil engineering firm out in the West Suburbs of Chicago.
Responsibilities:
May serve as a supervisor, project manager, or as a designated client contact for Site Development projects.
Perform engineering site design including grading, stormwater, water main, sanitary sewer, and roadway / access elements.
AutoCAD proficiency with experience using Civil 3D tools desired.
Assists in producing pricing, estimating, scoping, and marketing strategies for proposed projects and assist the Site Development Practice Lead with group direction and marketing strategies.
Ability to be flexible to accommodate occasionally aggressive project deadlines.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in of Civil Engineering or related engineering field.
8-10 years of experience in civil engineering field.
AutoCAD or Civil 3D
Project Management experience
Engineer In Training Certificate in Illinois preferred, however candidates with commensurate experience will be considered.
