JSG is searching for a Civil Site Department Manager - Land Development in the Atlanta, GA area. This is a direct hire position with competitive salary with bonus and outstanding benefits.
Responsibilities:
Manage Land Development projects, team, department
Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Develop quotes and proposals for clients.
Develop goals for the land development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Train personnel and help team members develop their skills.
Qualifications:
10+ years professional civil site engineering experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required
Professional Engineering License (PE) required
Experience managing a department along with project management, site development, hydrology, stormwater management using Civil 3D software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of fundamental engineering principles including but not limited to surveying, geometrics, hydraulics, grading, CM, floodplain management and utility design.
