Johnson Service Group (JSG), a nationally recognized professional recruiting firm is currently seeking a Collections Account Representative to join our long-time client, supporting the largest logistics operations in the world.
Responsibilities:
Candidates will ideally have a background in customer support, hospitality, account management or similar service industry.
Training will be provided!
Responsible for assisting in the overall success of clients via phone calls and emails to businesses throughout the US and Canada.
Responsible for disputing and resolving accounts receivables, primarily with businesses on behalf of carriers and other transportation companies.
Research, analyze and troubleshoot discrepancies on behalf of logistics clients.
Must possess a demonstrated desire to succeed and win. Competitive by nature.
Possess effective written and oral communication skills.
Consistently maintain a professional demeanor and exhibit emotional control in communications.
Excellent multi-tasking abilities between phone, computer, documenting notes and completing fields simultaneously.

Additional Information:
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (with flexible arrival time window between 8:00am - 8:45am)
