Job Description
Johnson Service Group (JSG) a professional staffing and recruiting firm is seeking a Collections Specialist for a large medical equipment provider in Mount Pleasant, SC.
Responsibilities:
- Contact patients directly who may have inadvertently received funds from their insurance company.
- Utilizes Salesforce and notates relevant information
- Researches patient information such as new addresses, contact information, etc.
- Works with attorney as needed
Qualifications:
- At least one-year prior experience working in collections
- Eager with a 'want-to-win' attitude yet empathetic as needed
- Experience working in Salesforce is extremely helpful
Additional Information:
- Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Highly stable! Opportunity for growth! Benefits offered, including a 401k plan.
- Must be comfortable with a commute to Mt. Pleasant (onsite, not remote)
