Johnson Service Group is seeking Composite/Structural Technicians in Northern California and in the Atlanta, GA area.

Demonstrate hands-on experience in the fabrication, repair, and assembly of composite structures.
Proficient use of tools and equipment specific to composite materials, such as vacuum bagging, autoclaves, and precision measuring instruments.
In-depth understanding of various composite materials, resins, and fibers.
Ability to select appropriate materials based on project requirements and specifications.
Perform inspections and quality control checks on composite structures to ensure adherence to design specifications and industry standards.
Non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques for composite materials.
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications related to composite structures.
Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines during all stages of composite structure fabrication, ensuring a safe working environment.
Communicating and collaborating skills closely with engineers, designers, and other team members in a start-up project environment.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to composite structure fabrication and assembly.
Efficient organizational skills to manage work tasks, meet deadlines, and contribute to project timelines.
Flexibility to adapt to changes in project requirements and willingness to learn and apply new techniques and technologies in composite materials.
Accurate record-keeping to document processes, changes, and inspection results.
Exposure to hazardous materials.
Inspecting your own work quality and checking for FOD (foreign object debris).

What You Need
Ability to adhere to high standards of Safety and Compliance to regulatory requirements.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in aircraft structure, manufacturing, and fabrication.
High school diploma or GED.
Experience with aircraft assembly processes and procedures.
Experience using software applications such as emailing, internet navigation, model base definition understanding, Microsoft suite and other specialized software.
Ability to work a variable schedule (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts).
