Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is currently looking for a ConstructionAnalyst to fill a 3 year contract position in Calera, AL.
JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS
Provide administrative support as assigned to support the Grid Investment Construction (GIC) team.
Handle invoice auditing and reconciliation
Coordinate with contractors and inspectors as needed to ensure invoices have proper supporting documentation.
Prepare monthly accruals for the programs.
Participate in the review and analysis of project data and metrics, including production reports and status updates as needed.
Track project expenses and assist in budget management.
Assist in the organization of construction-related documentation.
Support Team Leader in contract administration tasks.
Construction project management and/or construction administrative experience required.
Intermediate (or greater) proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
CAMP experience a plus.
JETS experience a plus.
Fiber experience a plus.
Distribution experience a plus.
Utility experience a plus
This position may require some bending, lifting, climbing, prolonged sitting, prolonged walking or walking on gravel when necessary.
