Contract Manager
JSG is currently looking for a Contracts Manager for Off-Cloud Contract Management.
Must have contract management skills such as reviewing, negotiating & drafting terms and conditions, with software support agreements.
Experience in off-cloud renewals relating to off-cloud/renewals terms & conditions; and supporting the Support Renewals and Sales teams, Legal department.
Experience in Preparation, negotiation, administration, and management of existing and prospective customer contracts.
Experience in Reviewing, negotiating, and amending the contractual paperwork to align legal and business standards, including but not limited to customer terms and conditions (e.g. purchase orders), quotations, signed agreements relating to software support, public sector, framework, and OEM accounts.
Participate in contract negotiation calls with existing and prospective customers, supporting the Sales, Support Renewals, and Legal groups as needed.
Negotiating mutually acceptable support terms, securing appropriate approvals, and drafting final contract documents
Identifying and executing opportunities to streamline & improve existing off-cloud Renewals practices.
Assist with special projects and team/departmental initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in business or contract management related.
