Job Description
Johnson Service Group, a nationally recognized staffing firm, is targeting a Controls & Programming Engineer for our industrial power generation manufacturing client, local to the Mount Pleasant, PA area. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and maintaining software for production processes. Additionally, will support PLC control systems to optimize production. Â

Responsibilities:
- Provide production support, identifying root cause analysis, maintenance and troubleshooting needs, coordinating with software and control systems to develop and optimize production processes and testing data.
- Develop and maintain software for optimization, migrating databases and providing data for applications in support of electrical and electronic hardware systems and machine control.
- Provide technical support and oversite to staff, performing start up services and support of new equipment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology, Electrical Mechanical Technology, Electrical Engineering or relevant degree.
- 3 years’ experience with software development and network communication protocols.
- Experience with C# in Visual Studio, .Net, SQL, PLC and HMI applications and programming.
- Candidate must have work authorization that would permit them to work within the United States. Our client is unable to provide current or future sponsorship at this time.
