Johnson Service Group (JSG) is currently looking for a Supply Chain Support Candidate with SAP. This is a long-term contract opportunity with a specialty chemical manufacturer located in Birmingham NJ
Pay $22/hour
Job Description:
Supply Chain Support:
Arrange shipping for order consolidation so sales orders can ship from one location to customers.
Small package exports using Fed EX
Maintain samples spreadsheet for internal tracking
Handle various truck, import, export, and warehouse issues.
Monitor Delivery Error Report daily and adjust orders if needed.
Back up for receiving import shipments.
Maintain perpetual inventory accuracy on a monthly basis by obtaining counts from various warehouses and comparing them to system quantities and account and document any discrepancies
Other Support:
Customer service back up and training
Order samples from Germany
Salesmen support
Administration Assistant back up
Make sure forecast is in sync with customer demand in order to ensure proper supply availability
Working with system constraints to meet customer needs
Assist in overcoming day to day problems in supply chain area as well as coordinating required information across departments.
Skills/Experience:
Associates Degree or higher
3 - 5 Years of experience required
Microsoft 360, Teams, SAP, Outlook
